Morning my brother and sister stroke survivor.  All through our STROKE Our Journey Within , I imagine you hear the same two words I do, "I can't".  Our own mind tells us you can't do this or you can't do that. Our minds become frustrated saying to ourselves "we can't"  I heard a saying from our survivor sister say: "Where The Mind Goes The Body Follows"  A spiritual teacher and my mentor, Roland Takaoka (died from his 4th stroke) once told me.
