STROKE SURVIVOR CLEAR YOUR MIND OF CAN'T
All through our STROKE Our Journey Within, I imagine you hear the same two words I do, "I can't".
Our own mind tells us you can't do this or you can't do that. Our minds become frustrated saying to ourselves "we can't"
I heard a saying from our survivor sister say: "Where The Mind Goes The Body Follows"
A spiritual teacher and my mentor, Roland Takaoka (died from his 4th stroke) once told me. "If you can see it in your mind, you can hold it in your hand"
Be safe, but I'm here to tell you, see what you want to accomplish first in your mind and your body will follow.
Clear your mind of can't and replace it with "I can"
