In A Wheelchair Stroke Survivor Cooked Himself Breakfast

This may not sound special to you fully functioning peeps but for me being half paralyzed and in a wheelchair for the past 11 years, I'm kinda proud of making myself breakfast.

I fried up some leftover scalloped potatoes and added two farm fresh eggs from my chickens.
