My dear brother and co host Roland Takaoka had another stroke a few days ago
All I know right now is my dearest brother Roland Takaoka was admitted to the hospital a few days ago for another stroke! Roland to me is like no other man I have ever known! He's amazing! Roland has significantly impacted my life. I have learned how to expand in joy thanks to Roland . I am a Law of Attraction enthusiast even more thanks to Roland! Roland is one of the greats in my life, a legend if you will! Roland and I bonded on an extremely deep spiritual level like none I've ever known. Everyone please send Roland powerful love energy. So as I thought about Friday's featured question, I said to Rebecca how about "What Makes You Smile?" Rebecca said what about asking it this way. "What Brings You Joy?" AWESOME! THANK YOU REBECCA! To often we in hard or trying life events focus on the negative events in our life. Our brains seem to naturally go there. If we let this focus on the negative persist it will take us down a wormhole of negative, dark, depressing energy. But I'm here to tell you that we hold the power in our minds to create a positive energy within in the most darkest of times in our lives. How? Glad you asked! lol You can start an avalanche of positive energy and change simply by asking yourself this question. What Brings me Joy? Find anything
