So as I thought about Friday's featured question, I said to Rebecca how about "What Makes You Smile?"
Rebecca said what about asking it this way. "What Brings You Joy?"
AWESOME! THANK YOU REBECCA!
To often we in hard or trying life events focus on the negative events in our life.
Our brains seem to naturally go there.
If we let this focus on the negative persist it will take us down a wormhole of negative, dark, depressing energy.
But I'm here to tell you that we hold the power in our minds to create a positive energy within in the most darkest of times in our lives.
How? Glad you asked! lol
You can start an avalanche of positive energy and change simply by asking yourself this question.
What Brings me Joy?
Find anything! I don't care if it's petting your dog or cat.
Begin to shift your focus and attention on those things in your life that bring you joy.
As you find another thing that brings you joy add it to the things you focus on.
My bro Roland has taught Rebecca and I the phrase "Expand In Joy"
This conscience decision (Our Choice) to shift our focus from the negative things in our lives to the positive things in our lives will set off a positive vibration that will not only have a transforming effect on our minds, it will send out a spiritual vibration into the universe that will begin to change your physical reality.
The law of attraction principle holds true.
We Become What We Think About.
