It's Not Just A feeling
Hi, my name is Aaron Avila.
I am a 16 year post brain aneurysm stroke survivor. I'm also founder of a stroke support movement called Stroke TV Movement called Stroke TV Media.
I start each morning by watching encouraging videos like this.
TOPIC
Happiness is our decision and "not" based on a feeling.
Happiness "is not" something we look for outside of our lives.
Happiness is not something we chase outside of ourslives.
"We say" If I get this, I'll be happy"
We need to realize, our happiness is already inside our minds. We have the power of happiness, right where we are, right now! We experience as much happiness as we choose.
Repeat after me outloud,
"I CHOOSE TO BE HAPPY TODAY"!
