Stroke Survivors With Balance Issues

Hi, I'm Aaron Avila.

I turned the pain of my brain aneurysm and stroke into my purpose, and you, as a stroke survivor, have that exact same power inside of you!

The key to stroke survival is choosing to have a "relentless mindset."

One of the many deficits I face is an extreme balance issue, caused by the brain aneurysm damaging my cerebellum, which controls balance. I haven't walked in sixteen years and use a wheelchair, but this brought me to a profound realization: a relentless mindset can get you through any difficult time in your life.

To me, relentless is not who you are; rather, it's who you become through the difficult times in life. A relentless mindset is a choice!

(Exercise for a balance issue like mine).

I’m excited to share that I am building a new stroke support community on YouTube: the Stroke TV Media Network. My mission is to focus on the incredible power of a relentless mindset in a stroke survivor's life. I invite you to subscribe to our new community and share it with your network, including the amazing caregivers who support us.

Share Your Story on the RELENTLESS Podcast! Would you—or a caregiver in your life—be willing to join me as a guest? Your story could be the spark someone else needs. Click the image below to access my booking calendar and schedule a private time for us to talk.

Here is my book I'm currently writing that I'll be publishing in 2027
