I'm One Of The Ones Who Survived!

Hi, I’m Aaron Avila. Back in 2010, at the age of 47, my life changed in an instant when a brain aneurysm ruptured. The prognosis was grim; doctors told my wife I had only a 2% chance of survival. They warned her that if I did make it through the hemorrhage, I would likely spend the rest of my life in a wheelchair—non-verbal and unable to care for myself.

But I’m here to tell you: I made it.

It hasn’t been an easy road. For sixteen years, I’ve navigated life from a wheelchair, managing a speech deficit and left-side hemiparesis. But during a near-death experience, I felt God give me a second chance—a true "life-changer" that redefined everything for me.

Today, I have a new mission: to encourage and inspire stroke survivors across the globe. By turning my "pain into purpose," I founded the Stroke TV Media Network. My goal is to show others that a meaningful, vibrant life is possible after a stroke.

Let’s Connect:

Never give up.

Sincerely,

Aaron Avila
