WHAT IS NEUROfit?
NEUROfit is gamified, interactive equipment that simultaneously strengthens the body and brain for stronger cognitive dexterity, executive functioning, and bodily agility. This concept is known in medical field as dual-task training. NEUROfit is Wifi/Bluetooth enabled and uses stimulating lights and sounds to encourage users during training sessions, adding to the exciting gamified experience! Our devices are tough enough to challenge the strongest of athletes, yet versatile to suite the needs of children, elderly, and special needs population.  NEUROfit equipment has strike resistance so it can be forcefully contacted with punches, kicks, sports balls, bean bags, and other exercise equipment such as hand weights and medicine balls. Sylvester Stallone has used our equipment to train for his film, Creed II!
NEUROfit IS THE NEXT BIG NEURO-HACK
Scientific research shows this unique dual-tasking experience delivers outcomes more quickly than respective cognitive and physical training done separately. Users can expect improvements in neuroplasticity, eye-hand coordination, information processing rate, physical response speed, cognitive flexibility, memory, self-awareness, impulse/emotional control, balance, strength, task prioritization/initiation, and thought organization. Additionally, physical and mental gained outcomes transfer better to activities of daily living and general athletic performance outside of training sessions versus other types of single modality training.
Dual-tasking on a regular basis builds a greater number and more robust neural pathways in the brain.  This builds "detours" around damage done by a neurological event and helps individuals recover faster from medical emergencies faster during rehabilitation due to a stronger baseline status.
NEUROfit is evidence-based proving that dual task training focused on executive function improves real-life cognitive and physical performance faster and more effectively than training the brain or body alone.  Data reports that patients need 5,000 repetitions in order to obtain self-directed, automatic actions.  Typically, a session of traditional therapy offers 30 repetitions.  Patients who complete therapy sessions with NEUROfit, are more engaged and perform more meaningful repetitions than during more traditional therapy sessions, leading to action automaticity more quickly.
