DJI Drones Are Excellent Stroke Survivor Therapy!
Hi, I am Stroke TV Media Founder Aaron Avila.
Did you know DJI Drones can be flown one handed?
Yes!
These high tech drones are held exactly in place in the sky using satellite technology. 11 + satellites hold the Drone within a 16th of an inch.
This gives us one handed stroke survivors like us, the ability to fly these DJI Drones one handed. So accurately tracked by satellites, you can take your hand(s) off the controller at any point while flying and the Drone will hoover in the exact spot in the sky where you let go!
Oh, and on models like the DJI Mavic 2 Zoom has 360 degree obstacle avoidance, making theses DJI Drones virtually impossible to crash! Not all Drones have this feature but the high end Drones have this obstacle avoidance technology. They are simply amazing!
My personal experience with DJI Drones.
Although a little intimidating at first. (learning new technology).
When I first started flying Drones they didn't have obstacle avoidance. So my first Drone was a DJI Spark, I crashed into the neighbors yard with no damage. DJI Drones are built tough!
My second Drone was given to me by Pilot Tom Iliffe. It was an older DJI Phantom 4 Pro - Drone. I crashed this one into my pool in backyard. Sinking to the bottom of the deep end. Amazing enough, my friend Tom Iliffe was able to dry it out and it still flies and films to this day.
My third Drone is the amazing DJI Mavic 2 Zoom. Although I still own it, it is absolutely amazing!
Oh, I also own an indoor Drone for those rainy days called DJI Tello Quadcopter Drone
I own three Drones and the most high end drone I own is the DJI Mavic 2 Zoom.
I recommend trying out the DJI Tello Quadcopter Drone first to see if you like being a Drone Pilot. I'll be shocked if you don't love it like me!
So, here is my TOP 3 Drone recommendations.
All Drones below can be flown by a one handed stroke survivor. The Drones below will hold there self in the air using either Infrared positioning (IR) or Satellites (S)
- Indoor Drone, (IR), Takes still pictures and video Low Res Use your smart as the controller, stores pics and videos on your cellphone. Drone outside "ONLY" on those little to no wind days! (Click here for product details using Stroke TV Media affiliate link)
- DJI Spark Drone. Compact, GPS/Satellite Positioning. (Click here for product details using Stroke TV Media affiliate link)
- DJI Mavic 2 Zoom (Click here for product details using Stroke TV Media affiliate link)
- DJI Mavic 2 Pro (Click here for product details using Stroke TV Media affiliate link)
Good for you. Yes it can be flown by one hand if you have the controller fixed to your body somehow (fannypack?) You can easily make a holder if needed. Suggestion: Write a letter to your governor to tell him/her to not ban DJI drones in your state. Some have started to move toward that for political reasons. A shame.
