Over the last decade of being a stroke survivor, I have learned the real war or battle I fight on a daily bases is in my own mind.

How "I" think of myself determines my attitude not what others think of me.

Stroke doesn't define me as a person but how I respond does!

Our show broadcasts live on our Stroke TV Foundation YouTube Channel at 7 AM PST, 9 AM CST and 10 AM EST.
