Will you help me raise stroke awareness Channel 2? Channel 7 never replied.
My name is Aaron Avila and I live in Santa Rosa California.
On September 17th 2010 I suffered and survived a massive Brain Aneurysm then two weeks later while in a comma I suffered and survived a massive stroke.
My stroke left me half paralyzed, wheelchair bound and with a speech deficit. (Among many other deficits).
Here is my story https://stroketv.blogspot.com/p/a.html
I have taken this utterly life shattering event and use it to help other stroke survivors around the world. I built a community of stroke survivors on Facebook called Second Chance Stroke Survivors. After approximately 5 years, I have almost 3,000 members from around the world.
My Stroke TV Blog, in less then three years has been read over 55,000 times in ten countries. (Link below)
Here are most of my grassroots stroke support movements I’ve built so far, all under my Stroke TV movement.

My point,
I’m contacting you to see if your awesome Channel 7 News Team would work with me to raise stroke awareness.
Here’s my creative idea
Purple is the international color for stroke.
I’m hoping your news anchor team would be willing to participate by the guys wearing purple ties and girl anchors could wear purple dresses during a news cast and broadcast a special “raising stroke awareness segment”.
I could come down to SF for a meeting as long as you could accommodate wheelchair bound stroke survivor.
Your willingness to help me raise stroke awareness would be a dream come true.
If you're interested you can email me at aaronavila.stroketv@gmail.com
Sincerely,
Aaron Avila
