It's Founder Aaron Avila blogging you live one hour north of the Golden Gate.

I'm sitting at my desk and get an overwhelming feeling of thankfulness that although I have the best stroke family a man could have. My wife Rebecca of 27 years and my awesome son Ryan.

They can never fully understand the catastrophic effect stroke has on the inside a person like you can my brother and sister stroke survivor. 
Only you know what I feel inside.
