Hi, It's stroke survivor Aaron Avila. (my story) As some of you may know, my brain aneurysm and stroke lead me to my real life changer, my  near death experience. My near death experience allowed me to see what is real in this life and it is not what we see with our eyes on earth.  The truth of life is we are eternal spiritual beings learning to live in a human body. There is a creator of this universe. In fact, I dream of writing a book about my spiritual journey someday.  The title of my book will be ............................................... .  Hi, It's stroke survivor Aaron Avila. I'm almost twelve years post brain aneurysm and stroke. Here's my story. I was talking with my new divinely connected brothers Arion Jay Goodwin  and Jim T Chong , and guided by the energy of the conversation, I told Jim, We as people base our identity on our physical abilities. Now twelve years ago, at age 47, through my brain aneurysm and stroke, all my abilities, all my identity as a man was taken from me as fast fast as lighting strikes. You see, I had a life-changing near death experience.   You see, I have been on a spiritual quest to find myself. I realize now, I'm actually rebuilding my identity from the ground up.  If I am keeping the correct mindset, this is proving to be extremely difficult but by far EXTREMELY awesome! The character trates I did not like in myself, I consider died in 2010. Now I've been in what Steve Harvey refers to as God's process . I'm learning to rebuild myself with legendary influence

  Today was a great day! I launched my new Podcast  Stroke Of Genius Podcast Executive Experience with guest D anna Olivo CEO of  MarketAtomy Academy .  ( Watch our show here). Although I had a small seizure the night before, causing me me not to wake up until twenty minutes before the show start time, I still made it and I'm so happy I did!   Treatment of uncontrolled crying after stroke G Andersen   1 Affiliations  expand PMID:  7711357   DOI:  10.2165/00002512-199506020-00003 Abstract Uncontrolled crying after stroke is a disturbance of the motor concomitants of emotional affect. It manifests as stereotyped outbursts of crying that are excessive to an appropriate emotional response. The episodes can be triggered by almost any kind of emotional stimulus (happiness, excitement, sadness, just being looked at or talked to, the sight of a doctor, etc.) and can even occur without any obvious external or internal stimulus. The condition is socially embarrassing, and in the most severely affected patients the crying episodes can be so violent that they interfere with rehabilitation. Although frequent (1-year incidence is 20%), the condition often goes unrecognised because patients and relatives rarely complain about it spontaneously. Effective treatment has now been documented in 3 controlled studies of tricyclic antidepressant
